Humber Bridge Garden Centre PLANS FOR EXPANSION

On the site of The Old Tile Works Restaurant and home to below the Humber Bridge on the south bank, we

With free parking and level access to our well established restaurant, enjoy great food, a fabulous selection of home interiors, gardening accessories and a wide and extensive range of plants for all seasons and size of garden – all with wonderful views of the Humber Bridge.

Start the day with brunch and coffee in our light and airy restaurant or perhaps enjoy lunch sat on the newly extended terrace with views over the lake.

Recently opened within the perimeter of the Garden Centre, is our take away offering from the Shepherds Hut. Coffee, teas and cold drinks, together with cakes and savoury rolls (including vegan) can be bought; sit amongst the wonderful selection of plants, make the most of those remaining sunny days, chat with our gardening team and enjoy that view!

With thoughts turning to Autumn, we are giving the Garden Centre a new look and feel ready for the season. Cosy throws and cushions from our home accessories department, all things Halloween for adding a touch of fun, including our hand made destination terracotta pumpkin lanterns (made on site by our potter) and a new menu in the restaurant ready for the cooler days.

Our newly expanded Food Hall, offers freshly baked Artisan breads, many locally produced small batch foodie treats and is the perfect place to pick up a great gift if visiting friends for dinner or a few last minute quick ideas for supper. With a great selection of cheese (including the most favoured Godminster Vintage Truffle cheese), wines and liqueurs, we are sure that you will not be able to resist. Pop a note in your diary for our next Tasting Event on Thursday, 28 September from 2pm.

Located behind the Food Hall you will find a variety of independent open studios at the Artisan Village including a micro brewery, clothing store, bespoke jewellery designer and, almost adjacent to the Garden Centre, is the Potters Studio where our potter produces the frost proof garden pots sold here on site.

For walkers and cyclists, don’t miss the access from our car park to The Viking Way, 147 miles of pathway along the estuary.
