That’s because their constant movement and training has made increased their stamina. This also means that they don’t tire that easily. Stamina is a very interesting aspect of our lives. It’s also not stuck with biking. Most physical activities we do on a single day will require stamina at one point or another. The sheer amount of things we finish or chores we complete at home will require stamina. The weaker your stamina is, the shorter it takes for you to get tired. The longer your stamina is, the more work you can finish. This would mean you will have more free time to do whatever you’re crazy about like watching movies or playing video games.
