SKILLS

I believe that the goal of designers should be to start thinking about change from the little things around them, to star t reflecting on the problems around them, to make their profession create something for society, to make a real change or to provide ideas to solve the problem, even if the problem itself is raised. I think the original aim of interior design is to make our lives better, no matter which forms the output takes.

BUILDING BLOCK Child Psychology VR Experience Space TIME : April, 2019 LOCATION : HuangPu District, ShangHai, China KEYWORDS : Psychology, VR Experience, Children's Education There are more and more psychological problems in children today, many of which are related to the family education, and I hope to raise parents' awareness of the impor tance of their children's education. This space shows the different psychological states of children under different educational approaches through virtual reality, allowing parents to experience the inner workings of their children, reflect and enhance their awareness of education and thus form a correct view of family education.

RATIONALE FOR THE FOUR APPROACHES RESPECT : Encourage children to correct mistakes and give them reasonable challenges to grow.

PARTICIPANTS Author

OVER-SUBMISSIVENESS : Giving child privileges but never considering real needs, children lose creativity. XinYI, Wang

PERFECTIONISM : Setting too high a standard, the child loses a sense of worth.

???

I was trapped by what I already had.

I don't want to climb the stairs.

The journey go well.

A second entrance appeared.

INDULGENT The overall atmosphere tends to be more inertial and indulgent, thus losing the real needs and fighting spirit, and finally missing the ideal result in the hear t.

Over-submissiveness

I find that only one entrances was open.

I find that many roads were closed.

I have only a prescribed path.

What I see is not what I want.

DEPRESSING The overall atmosphere is too rigorous and boring. There is only one way to go. When you reach the end, you find that what you get is not the result you expected.

Perfectionism

I return to the original entrance.

There is no sign to tell me how to go.

I gradually lost my way.

I can choose the entrance freely.

06

The overall atmosphere is messy and dull. When you are confused, there is no prompt and no response, so you lose the motivation to move forward and get lost in place.

SEEN & UNSEEN Partial Conversion of Space at The Blind School TIME : June, 2021 LOCATION : Wuhan, HuBei, China KEYWORDS : Blind, Rebuild, Experience, Communicate Through the phenomenon of blind people having difficulty getting around, I reflected on the lack of attention to the blind community, and I think people should pay more attention to blind people. So I created spaces for blind and ordinary people to interact with each other. I have converted part of the classroom at the School for Blind Children into an experiential and communicative space that would improve the education of the blind and allow ordinary people to experience and interact with the blind, allowing them to better integrate into society.

BACKGROUND RESEARCH RECORDING THE TRAVEL OF THE BLIND

STATUS OF BLIND IN CHINA

While elementar y and junior high schools have private educational attributes, and dormitory buildings have private resting attributes, high school buildings are better suited as open interactive experience spaces.

These three problems exist for blind people, so I intend to set up three spaces for experience, play and communication to enhance the quality of education and break down barriers.

SPACE ANALYSIS | EXHIBITION HALL GARBAGE SORTING GAME The exhibition hall contains everyday items or souvenirs made by residents from discarded garbage or waste materials, and is updated from time to time. People can learn from souvenirs that discarded garbage has much value.

This game applies the concept of eliminating like with like. When the player eliminates five similar junks, then he will get a bonus made of similar material. STEP 1 Start the game

SPACE ANALYSIS | WORKSHOP ERGONOMIC ANALYSIS OF WINDOWS This workshop is a playground for children, a learning space for students. Here, people can use ready-made second-hand objects or waste materials, or bring their waste garbage for secondar y recycling and creation.

The windows also take the form of Tetris, with a range of window heights to match the height scales of different age groups. 1.800 1.350

I used discarded corrugated paper to create a paper chair, proving that discarded materials have much potential to be explored, so I think this workshop can also create many valuable recycled items.

The stairs from the second floor to the third floor are put together in the form of Tetris units, which meet the transpor tation needs, add interest, and add a lecture hall function to the workshop.

SPACE ANALYSIS | SUNROOM

People can relax or grow their own plants in the sunroom. The abundance of sunlight in the sunroom allows plants to photosynthesise, providing fresh and sufficient oxygen to the indoor space and reducing wasted resources.

CHU Village Renovation Incorporating Chu Pottery Culture TIME : October, 2020 LOCATION : Dongtou Village, Wuhan, Hubei, China KEYWORDS: Chu Pottery Culture, Rebuild, Activate The Village I wanted to build a village based on the chu pottery culture so that this culture could continue to flourish and revitalise the village. Without destroying the original ecological environment, and in conjunction with the concept of sustainable development, the village environment will be improved, and attention to traditional culture will be raised. The redevelopment of the village is based on improving the quality of life of the inhabitants, making more people aware of traditional Chinese culture and craftsmanship, enriching the village's cultural heritage and achieving an overall renewal and construction of the village.

In recent years, people have become more and more interested in traditional crafts, so the introduction of Chu pottery culture into the village will help attract tourists and activate the village.

Nowadays The original site of Chu pottery is very close to Wuhan, and Wuhan has convenient transportation and many tourists. Therefore, Wuhan is an excellent place to inherit and carry forward the Chu pottery culture.

The Traditional Chu pottery returns to the public eye.
