CPF TRAINING CENTER ISO CERTIFICATION Since December 2015 As the first company in Thailand under this certification scope, CPF Training Center has been awarded the certificate of quality management standard ISO 9001:2015 from United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS).
Since July 2014 All training and e-Learning courses of CPF Training Center have been awarded the certificate of management system for Non-Formal Education and Training Learning Service Standard ISO 29990:2010 from United Kingdom Accreditation service (UKAS).

ASSESSMENT CENTER In order to gear up CPF to the way of success, CPF Assessment Center provides a consultation as well as collaborates with various experts to establish the most efficient assessment tools and systems for organization. Assessment tools Variety of efficient assessment tools are acquired in order to, recruit employees that suit for certain job responsibilities, find gap and proper training classes to improve employees’ weakness as well as strengthen their strong point. For instance of recruiting talents, the Psychometric Test is used for understanding in-depth personality, potential, and leadership in which a normal interview unable to approach from such employees. To provide the most efficient tools for organization, CPF Assessment Center collaborates with various international companies who are expert in designing such assessment tools, such as DDI, Korn Ferry (Hay Group), SEAC, Gallup, Thomas International, P-PAC, TOEIC Center, and etc. e-Testing system The e-testing is designed for all employees to be able to assess the knowledge of their participation in any training course globally. Training participants can take the e-testing after completing a course anywhere and anytime instead of visiting the Assessment Center to take the test. More advantages of the test are the speed andaccuracy of the test result. Moreover, such test results will be recorded, stored electronically in company server and consequently reported to both participants and their supervisor via email.
