Avatar Two Movie Review –Way of the Water

Avatar is a movie that is remarkably close to my mind, heart and soul as its storyline is based on real life situations. These ‘blue people’ called ‘Avatars’ have a unique way of doing their things reproducing in their utopian world, live in unity and harmony, do not settle for less and really fight humans to protect their land, young ones, and everything they stand for. In avatar two, we see a twist to the storyline from the genius creation of movie Producer-James Cameron, as humans try to destroy this utopian land ‘Pandora’ with the help of a young boy who is half human-half avatar as a continuation of their circle of life. Since his mother got killed in very strange circumstances, his father is a military man trained to kill and destroy even if it means going against all odds just to protect himself and his son.

The Avatar people, especially Nefertiti and her family, are not pleased by this news and try to run away to Meya Yinka World where they live under the sea and feel safe around their new home for a long time. News gets out that the humans are coming to invade that sea world and it is a certain detector on that human avatar boy that helps them to find these people or kill them as they look for the hidden treasure led by Nefertiti’s husband. The Avatars family get into a huge war that almost destroys their land, their sea beasts as well as everything else they built which puts the Meya Yinka people in danger.

The Avatars are taught the way of the water which gets them to escape from being killed and manage to come to a compromise with the Meya Yinka family. They end up living happily ever after and manage to restore their land, protecting their young ones, animals, and the hidden sea treasured world. The movie features Laz Alonso, Zoe Saldana, Kate Winslet and Vin Diesel plus Ava Diakhaby amongst many other famous actors and actresses and is worth everything and more.
