With 5000 attendees,150 million plus social media impressions,54.2 million hashtag reach,16.34 TikTok posts using shoke shoke sound,30k plus posts shares on Instagram stories, top 3 google trends, trees planted were 8000,SM engagement @115k plus unique accounts,20 million TikTok challenge views ,1000 plus on app downloads, age range of 18-24 and 25-34 plus being number one on KE Twitter trends, the shoke shoke festival was a huge success featuring the sensational and gorgeous Ayrastarr ,Khaligraph Jones ,Bayanni-The tatatatata hitmaker ,Mejja ,Boutross and Only Rosa who all gave stellar performances backed up by the hottest dancers from Nairobi and the coolest deejays .
The mammoth crowd sang and danced their hearts out all night as they thronged and chanted ‘sability’ at the grounds.Sakaja-The Nairobi Governor and shaffie Weru were there to the huge cheers from the revelers who were delighted to see and hear words of encouragement from him. The two press conferences held prior to this festival were done to promote sustainability by planting trees as well as doing rounds with ayrastarr and bayanni to get acquainted with Kenyan culture. We look forward to shoke shoke festival 2.0.
