By Wanjiku ThukuMichael .B.Jordan has written his very first screen play in the form of a blockbuster movie named ‘Creed Three'. This movie centers around the life of Adonis Creed-a famous legendary world boxing champion who trains other young boxers including his deaf daughter Amara the life skills of balancing life as a boxer but not focusing too much on fighting or winning but keeping them focused and under control as a form of defense in their daily lives. The plot begins with an introductory scene off what creed and his younger brother Dameon went through as children ,got involved in a huge gangster scandal that turned into a murder case shoot out leaving the public even more confused and concerned of how much bile, controversy and hatred can cause a rift between them to battle and straighten out their issues in the boxing ring as sibling rivals.
Their mother who was their pillar of strength tries to stay strong and positive just to protect and nurture Adonis Creed’s talent but does not really want him to continue with his career as a boxing trainer/boxing champion but keeps a lottery ticket for him to move to a different state and choose a different career path. Creed's wife, a famous music producer introduces him to several key players in the sporting ,corporate and music industry to boost his career and business networks in the industry as well as protect and nurture her daughter who gets into trouble in a special school for the deaf due to fighting her fellow classmates who bully her to almost being suspended and expected out of admiration for her father as a budding boxing.
It all comes to a shocking end, when Creed decides to face his brother Dameon in a huge boxing match to decide the true WBC Championship Title Winner and put their issues to rest. This comes about after Creed’s Client Cayez has to fight Dameon which almost leaves him as good as dead after being thoroughly thrashed by his opponent, making Creed going on a live Television show for an interview where he has to come to terms with his brother’s fate or save the family name and reconcile with Dameon who challenges him through a voice call on that interview that he needs to face the music and accept that he isn't as strong as his brother Creed ends up winning the fight leading Dameon to hang his boxer boots and belt and settle their differences with each other in a cordial brotherly manner, and for
creed to prove his point that he indeed is a true master of his craft, truly dedicated, humbled and honored to fight for his family values and people as hero and not just as the world’s best boxing champion who remains undefeated and undisputed!!!!!
