There has been an ongoing Phantom X2 challenge prior to the unveiling of the brand ambassador-Eliud Kipchoge gearing towards this main launch, that happened recently at the GTC (GLOBAL TRADE CENTRE) Sales Centre, tallest landmark in East Africa, located in Westlands Area (Nairobi, Kenya). In partnership with Safaricom and Google,Tecno launched the world’s first smartphone to feature a retractable portrait lens comparable to a professional camera and delivers an exceptional user experience.

A live band serenaded the guests as they wined and into the late evening. The guests also got to test the Phantom X2 series of smartphones in the experience tech area, which was set up around the fountain section of the GTC (Global Trade Centre) Sales Centre as the usher ladies walked around displaying the exquisite smartphones. Pioneering Back Cover Made from Recycled Material
The PHANTOM X2 Series includes the PHANTOM X2 Pro 5G Eco-Friendly Edition. This special edition features a pioneering environmentally friendly back cover, constructed by recycling materials recovered from the ocean. Over a complex, multiple-stage process, the waste materials are transformed into microfibers and then woven to form a strong, durable material which is used to create the cover.
