Yemi Alade at koroga festival 2018

Yemi Alade and Mercy Masika I must say musically speaking shut down Carnivore Grounds on Sunday with their live bands at the first Koroga Festival this year,They danced,sang,rapped and just enjoyed the whole ambience as the crowd shouted in unison 'We want more'.

Mercy Masika gave her whole heart,body,mind and soul into her performance which was quite different from her usual sets.She sang the hit songs 'Shule Ya Yesu','Amokomete Amokai' and some worship songs to set the right mood.

Sage was up next and was sensational as she sang songs like 'So Alive' amongst many others.She also at some point got very emotional when she was talking about her post mortem depression afew years ago,as well as singing 'Little Blue Dress' which was a dedication to her daughter.

Yemi Alade had a beautiful outfit combined to match her music.This lady did all kinds of crazy fun dances onstage that she got an encore from the mammoth crowd that came to see her perfrom live band music.This was part of the album tour 'Black Magic' which is doing very well on the musical billboards.She sang songs like 'Africa','HeartRobber','Knack Am','Tumbum','Charliee' amongst many others.It was interesting watching her onstage bring some of that naija flavour to Kenya and fuse it with some Kenyan gestures.Beautiful voice,lovely soul.

Afew minutes later,it rained after Yemi's performance as people partied into part of the night.20,000people showed turned up to celebrate and enjoy their experiences at the Koroga Festival.
