NEW CONSTABLES JOIN THE BLUE LINE

New constables have completed their training, graduated from the WA Police Academy and have now joined the ranks, beginning their new careers on the frontline.
Since October, nearly 100 new officers have kickstarted their policing careers.
Recruit Course Red 05/2022 graduated at the end of October with 24 new constables welcomed to the WA Police Force by Police Minister Paul Papalia and Police Commissioner Col Blanch.
At the October ceremony, a tribute for the WA Police Force’s longest serving officer was also celebrated.
Detective Superintendent Jim Migro certainly earned his retirement, serving almost 54 years since beginning as a cadet in December 1968.
Graduating in December was Silver Squad 06/2022 and Bronze Squad 07/2022 – the state’s newest constables to don the blue.
We wish the new officers well as they embark on their policing journeys.
