Overview

In November, a total of 815 contracts were signed in Manhattan across Condos, Co-ops, and Townhouses; a 13 21% decrease from October

These 815 signed contracts represented $2 04B in sales, a monthover-month decrease of 1 38%

446 signed contracts were Co-ops, representing a 10 80% decrease month-over-month with a corresponding 6 69% increase in sales volume

Condo contracts totaled 358, representing a 15 57% decrease, while sales volume also decreased by 6 89% from October

Townhouse sales decreased 26 67% month-over-month with a corresponding 24 55% increase in sales volume
