Oasis magazine is mailed to homeowners in Avon-by-the-Sea, Belmar, Brielle, Manasquan, Sea Girt and Spring Lake that currently own homes assessed over $1,000,000. Real Estate Guide – distributed to Monmouth and Ocean county supermarkets, along with high traffic businesses and restaurants. Direct mail to Seller’s $750+ in the Northern NJ and Staten Island area Ocean and Monmouth county. The Coast Star – Monmouth County paper distributes over 12,000+ copies weekly to the communities of Avon-by-the-Sea, Bradley Beach, Brielle, Belmar, Lake Como, Manasquan, Spring Lake, Spring Lake Heights, Sea Girt, and Wall. Asbury Park Press - The Asbury Park Press is a daily newspaper in Monmouth and Ocean counties of New Jersey and has the third largest circulation in the state. The Coaster – The Coaster is a paid weekly newspaper mailed every Thursdays to 6,400 subscribers to the communities of Allenhurst, Asbury Park, Avon-by-the-Sea, Bradley Beach, Deal, Interlaken, Loch Arbour, Neptune, Neptune City, Ocean Township, Tinton Falls. The paper is also distributed to local newsstands, vending machines, and convenience stores.
