Sixth Form Open Evening Tuesday 22nd September 2015
Warlingham School Warlingham School is essentially an academic Sixth Form, with dynamic, happy and successful students. Most of the 330 students follow a two year AS/A Level or Applied GCE course. There are many subjects to choose from including those not commonly studied in early school years such as Government & Politics, Law, Media, Psychology and Travel & Tourism. Much emphasis is placed on achieving academic excellence. Members of staff are well-qualified and very experienced in supporting students to achieve success. A self-disciplined approach to private study is established in the early stages of Sixth Form education and the support of parents is fully recognised and valued by our staff. Regular assessments, progress reports and subject teacher consultations keep students and parents informed.
“I have been at Warlingham since Year 7 and it has been the perfect place for me. The environment is comfortable and the teachers are very approachable. I want to read Politics & International Relations at University and then work in law or politics – maybe as a lobbyist. The EPQ is helping me work under time pressure, which will be a very useful skill.”

“Warlingham Sixth Form really stood out when compared to the other sixth forms. The facilities are great and the diverse selection of courses and opportunities made my decision so much easier. As an aspiring Sports Physiotherapist and athlete, I am determined to get myself into a good university to study Sports Therapy at the same time as training and competing (400m hurdles).”
