Birthday Corner

This week’s surprise birthday winner is Stella Gowans who turns nine on Saturday. Stella attends St Joseph’s Primary School in Warragul and is looking forward to starting grade four in a few weeks. Stella has two older sisters, April and Lainie, and an older brother Todd. She enjoys plenty of art and craft activities at school as well as at home. Last year saw Stella start netball for a St Joseph’s team. She also takes swimming lessons and enjoys hanging out on the trampoline. Her favourite Christmas present was a Sylvanian Families log cabin.

For her birthday, Stella will have a family get together. Happy birthday Stella! You’ll receive a cream sponge cake from Woolworths, Warragul and a voucher from Toyworld, Warragul. I have awarded yellow certificates to Brandon Gilmore and Grace Patterson for their colouring efforts. Good job! Seniors – I have awarded a green certificate to Mia Jade Pilson. Mia sent a neat entry of a kangaroo playing cricket with a great rippled background effect, very creative! A red certificate will go to Katelyn Hoffmann. I loved the bright colours used on your clown as well as the glitter pen addition. Great job!
