Kånvas Village Kånvas Village is an Event Hire and Glamping service based in Gippsland, boasting a stunning Nordic Kåta tipi, groovy vintage Caravan Bar and set of Glamping tents that create a little village atmosphere together. Wesley, the beautiful heritage building, situated at 62 Victoria Street Warragul, is the perfect venue for your special day. Alight from your vehicle in the beautiful garden and enter through the foyer with its soft blue carpet to the strains of the traditional wedding march being played on the Wurlitzer Theatre Pipe Organ. On a sunny day the beautifully restored leadlight windows will throw prisms of colour across the original kauri timber floor. The light interior with raised landing upon which is situated a grand piano and a carved table and chairs for the signing of the wedding register is beautiful in its simplicity. Flowers placed in the softly floodlit arched alcove completes the picture. The venue has muted lighting, and amplification including a CD player if required, however one of Wesley’s great attributes is its natural acoustics. Comfortable seating for 200 is provided in a warm cosy environment in winter or a cooled atmosphere in summer. The fully equipped kitchen is available for use should guests choose to linger over a glass of champagne, or coffee and tea whilst photos are being taken. At the conclusion of the ceremony emerge as a married couple through the southern door to the peal of the Wesley bell in the old bell-tower.
