Monday 2 October 2017 is the first day of term and all Warwick students will be back on campus after the summer vacation. With all years and nationalities back at University this provides a great opportunity to access a broad cross-section of the student body.

In order to physically direct all new students to the Freshers Fair and the Students’ Union building, over the Freshers weekend and the Freshers week, we offer the opportunity to sponsor footprints (40 individual footprints in total) which are located around the busy, central part of campus.

Collected by all of the c.4,000 new students on their arrival at Warwick, the Students’ Union Freshers Bags contains a selection of treats, previously including samples from: Argos, Asos, Body Shop, Boots, Boost, Gillette, JJB Sports, Lynx, Nature Valley, Nivea, Pringles, Sainsbury, Skinkind and Wilkinson Sword. We also offer insert space in bags.

We will be running a Traders Market on this day, which will focus on giving independent traders the opportunity to sell their wares directly to students within the undercover Students’ Union Atrium area. We would love a variety of stallholders: jewellery, clothes & accessories, cd/records, cosmetics, fresh produce, vintage ware, driving schools, tourist information and local businesses. Get in touch if you want to showcase your business to Warwick students and members of staff.

This is an excellent opportunity to get your brand in front of all new students as well as Returning students, staff and visitors.
