Mondays, beginning February 8, 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM PRACTICING MUSSAR WITH RABBI GIL STEINLAUF
The Mussar is a Jewish ethical education approach based on a branch of study which was popularized in the 11th century. It is a practice aimed at refining one’s character to become a better person through deep study and personal reflection centered on a set of middot (soul traits) like humility, patience, and gratitude. Join Rabbi Steinlauf in a monthly Zoom room to learn about the middot of the month. Each participant will be matched with an accountability partner, or chevruta, for monthly check-ins.
