Better Balance
Balance allows us to move with more refinement, more efficiency and more pleasure, and helps us avoid falling. This class will help you revive movement in key areas of your body essential for balance. Unlike many Feldenkrais® classes, this training will take place primarily in a seated position on a chair or standing near the chair. It is therefore more suitable for people who have difficulty getting down on the floor.
