Don't even consider using a liner if it doesn't come with a long-term warranty. It is important to also determine whether the liner you choose is safe for any ﬁsh that may inhabit the pond. Underlayment is installed before the liner in order to prevent any punctures that may occur from rough or rocky ground. The underlayment actually serves a couple of purposes. It not only provides protection for the liner against rocky soils and roots, but it also allows the ground to breathe from underneath. The earth releases gases and the fabric allows the gases to escape from underneath the liner rather than becoming trapped, causing gas bubbles to push the liner up into the pond.

Purchases may be returned and refund given within 7 days of purchase if the item is undamaged and the packaging is intact. WARRANTY RETURNS

All items will be put through a series of quality assurance tests by Aquascape Supplies Australia. Credit will only be issued for items that are deemed unusable and within warranty. Product found to be in working condition will not be credited and will be shipped back at consumer cost. Proof of purchase will be required to validate warranty. Replaceable or wearable parts, such as filter pads and consumables are not covered under the warranty. Please contact us for a warranty return application form. Pumps will be bench tested to check for misuse or inappropriate use and damage. Defective appliances returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced if deemed defective. This guarantee extends only to defects occurring in materials or workmanship under normal use of the equipment when operated in accordance with the supplied instructions. Equipment failures caused by misuse, using the equipment for a purpose it was not intended, neglect, normal wear and tear, accidental breakage, repairs or modification by unauthorised persons, lightning strikes, pump running dry or mains voltage fluctuation, will void the warranty. CALCULATION CHART ROCK CALCULATION FOR PONDS

(L in meters x W in meters)/4.1 = metric tonnes of Rock & Boulder Use 1:2:1 Ratio . So for every 1 tonne of 15 - 30 cm rock : 2 tonne of 30 - 45 cm rock : 1 tonne of 45 - 60 cm Boulder. Using a variety of sizes makes the pond look more natural. Example: 5m x 5m pond needs (5x5)/4.1 = 6.1 tonnes of Rock & Boulder. So 6.1/4 = 1.53. Therefore use 1530 Kg of (15-30cm rock) and 3060 Kg of 30-45cm rock and 1530 Kg of 45-6 cm Boulders.

FREIGHT

For retail sales our freight costs are as follows: We deliver Australia wide. Multiple items up to 5kg are charged at a flat rate of $12. Items from 5kg to 15kg are charged at a flat rate of $20 with a $5 charge per extra item. Items over 15kg are charged at a flat rate of $30 with a $10 charge per extra item. Non-bulky items are sent in three different sized courier bags to a delivery address. Bulky items are sent via courier to a delivery address and are charged at a flat rate of $30 per item. Contact us for a freight quote on multiple bulky items. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a delivery address.
