MESSAGE FROM THE BOARD PRESIDENT
Dear Friends,
Watershed flourished in 2022 because of our incredible community. You took part in our programs, attended events, and contributed your time, talents, money, and ceramics to make our renowned artist programs possible.

Because of your efforts, Watershed warmly welcomed more than 100 artists from 32 different states and six countries to campus in 2022. We offered residency sessions originally planned in 2020 and awarded twice the number of full scholarships compared to 2021. Our four-season Windgate Studio empowered us to hold artist workshops in the fall and spring, serving more artists. Hundreds of guests poured onto campus for the first Salad Days since 2019 and we all felt grateful to celebrate ceramics in person again!
I am thrilled to share that Watershed plans to start construction of a new commons building this fall, see page ten for details. I extend enormous thanks to our former Executive Director, Fran Rudoff, who devoted her time, talents, and boundless energy for a decade to transform the campus.
Cheers, Bernie Toale President, Board of Trustees
