SUPERIOR CONSTRUCTION Superior materials enable exceptional construction techniques. High-quality seam construction is absolutely essential for ensuring the durability and functionality of any commercial aquapark. That’s why all of Aquaglide’s seams are hot air-welded, not glued. Our premium Duratex material allows a thicker coating of PVC which ultimately results in higher-quality welds for increased durability and even better airtightness.

• All Aquaglide play structures and I-Beam connectors now use a thicker, more durable Duratex formulation that we call Cx3. Developed to stand up to the rigors of ultra-heavy commercial use, the upgrade to Cx3 means thicker material with 1000d polyester core, better elasticity, superior adhesion and maximum UV protection. • All Aquaglide Dropstitch connectors are now hot-air welded with 3-layer seams and ultra-durable 2-layer fused construction for maximum longevity. No other brand offers this exclusive technology.

Any of our items have been able to connect using our exclusive Vario-Lock cinch strap system with our Speedways and Swimsteps. This octagon shaped platform allows our Speedway and Swimstep connections to connect to all eight sides at once offering multiple angles and unlimited possibilities for Aquapark design. The Universal can be used as a hub, a corner or anything in between. Park layouts can be changed quickly and easily which allows your Aquapark to evolve, so adding new exciting components is easy. With our system, you are able to start with our smallest Aquapark layout, and then use all the existing components as your Aquapark grows larger.

HIGH PRESSURE TECHNOLOGY (HP)

VARIO-LOCK CINCH STRAP

Our HP construction utilizes high quality dropstitch material that can withstand an internal pressure of up to 20 psi (1,4 bar) without damage. This is 10 times the design working pressure! Here we use the HP material at a very acceptable 2 psi (0,14 bar), keeping it so far below its break strength that durability is never an issue.

Strong, simple connections between products are crucial to the safe operation of any Aquapark. Our unique Vario-Lock cinch strap system sets the standard for safe, durable Aquapark connections and can be found on virtually every Aquaglide product. Each Vario-Lock cinch strap connects to heavily-reinforced, marine-grade stainless rings mounted on permanent weld plates.

These products are subject to extreme abuse from toes, heels, knees & elbows. They also take the worst of daily pressure extremes due to thermal expansion from the sun. Other advantage of HB material is that it offers a smooth, flat, low-profile platform that is much easier to board from the water.

Aquaglide park designs are carefully crafted so participants gravitate toward the areas where they are most comfortable and share similar demographics with nearby users. More daring and athletic participants are often drawn in by the full-throttle fun and deep water of the high-profile excitement zone. Large-scale signature features command respect by their sheer size and provide big thrills for those confident enough to try them. Demanding challenge sections and exciting features test the skills of more confident users. Younger or more timid participants can still venture safely, but they may not pursue all the thrills this zone has to offer.

The boarding zone typically occupies shallow water depths and allows participants to safely transition to their preferred area in the park. This zone can be purely boarding-oriented, but it also provides the potential to encourage young families and the youngest participants to test the waters of aquapark fun and excitement with low-profile challenges and comfortable resting spaces.

CONSTANT PLAY LOW PROFILE This area serves as a destination for families and younger participants as well as a resting and transitional zone. Make no mistake, thereâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s plenty of fun and excitement to be had here, but the challenges are more moderate and social spaces more prevalent. Water depth transitions here from shallow to deep. Team-building and cooperation skills are emphasized in this zone where anything is possible and thereâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s something fun for everyone!
