LETTER FROM THE EDITORS

Hello Hello!

I want to start off by saying thank you to all the contributors. I love all the interpretations of City Escape. I absolutely love the cover made by Jessie. I think she did an amazing job capturing the essence of the theme!

My take on the theme is taking a breather from the hectic and constant moving of city life. I’ve always lived in an urban area, so my idea of a "City Escape" is just going somewhere where their houses have more than a foot of greenery.

Hi everyone!

Can you all believe it’s almost June?? It’s crazy how May is already over.

Anyways, welcome to our City Escape Issue!! Once again, I had the opportunity to create the cover for this issue. Can you guess where it’s from?

If you guessed The Walking Dead, you’re absolutely correct ^^ I know others would beg to differ, but TWD is one of my favourite series. When I first heard about this theme, I immediately thought about a post-apocalyptic/dystopian world.

I absolutely love all the submissions in this issue with our contributor’s different interpretations of City Escape and I hope you all do too!
