Watts Gallery – Artists’ Village offers corporate sponsors the flexibility of a bespoke partnership. Whether you are looking to motivate your employees, enhance your profile or reach new audiences, we work with sponsors to provide a tailor-made offering of benefits to suit your requirements.
Sponsorship opportunities We invite sponsorship to support a specific area of activity such as an exhibition or the Learning Programme, capital projects and core operating costs. Exhibitions We host three major exhibitions of national significance each year. These exhibitions consistently receive national acclaim in the media. Learning Programme Our core mission is to champion the art for all values of G F and Mary Watts; they cared deeply about a number of social and cultural issues that are still pertinent today. At the heart of their work was their belief that art could transform lives and they campaigned to widen access to art for the most marginalised in society. Following in their footsteps, we offer a Learning Programme to young people, families, schools, adults, university students and community groups. The Programme includes The Big Issues project which touches the lives of under privileged, socially excluded and vulnerable young people and adults. Events Programme Our busy programme of events includes talks, films, performances, history of art and design courses, art classes, workshops and forums. On the last Friday of each month, we open our doors until 9pm for Watts at Dusk. This popular event offers visitors of all ages the chance to enjoy an evening of art and music over dinner in the idyllic setting of the Artists’ Village. Opening our doors at night, giving more people the chance to enjoy more art more of the time, is very much in the Art for All spirit of Watts Gallery – Artists’ Village.

The Limnerslease Project Limnerslease was the studio and home of the eminent Victorian artist, G F Watts and his wife, Mary, an influential artist, designer and businesswomen. The project has been approached in two parts – first Saving the Studios and then Saving the House. With the completion of the Watts Studios in Janurary 2016, our work to save this beautiful Arts & Crafts House has only just begun.
