Job commenced on December 5th as a Drainage Project. Chicken Coop had drain issues from sub surface water from hillside. During Winter months the decomposed granite eroded into the street and into the parking area of Apartment complex to the West. The Project expanded to include defining planting areas around the front of the residence

Preexisting drainage daylights as natural flow from rains. does not run if not raining. 12” culvert drain box, underground, daylights 10’ from street. We did not add or change anything. We added cleaner rocks that will be able to catch sediment. Area will be protected by a pedestrian cover, so people will not walk and disturb the area

Preexisting drainage from Deer Lane. Does not capture much water says neighbors. Large culvert goes underground. Assume that it connects with cities drainage.
