Our free Life Coaching Programme has been designed for people living with either Hep C or HIV. This programme consists of seven, 3½ hour long sessions, which are run weekly. This programme is run within a safe and supportive group environment, giving you the chance to meet other people who are facing similar challenges. You will be encouraged to learn new skills to help you make better informed decisions about managing your condition. How can our Life Coaching Programme help you? It will help raise your confidence and self-esteem It will help you to cope with difficult emotions such as anger, frustration and fear It will give you tools to think in a more helpful way It will help you cope better with symptoms such as depression, fatigue and pain It encourages better health through healthy diet & lifestyle It will help you make decisions about treatment It increases motivation by encouraging realistic personal goals Our life coaching programme is based on the idea that the way you think about things strongly affects the way you feel about them, which in turn, affects the way you act.
