Wayco is open from 9:00 to 21:00 Monday to Friday. If you need to accessor perform an activity in a different schedule, you should discuss this with a member of our team.

Everyone is responsible for their belongings. Wayco offers you lockers available at a monthly cost of 10 euros, which you can use if you need to storage your valuables.

USE OF MEETING ROOMS Wayco’s space belongs to all of us. Each coworkers responsible for keeping his desk clean and neat. However, we must respect the common areas, trying to keep it the best to avoid prejudicing our own image and the rest. If you see something that is not working properly or defective, please communicate to any member of the Wayco team, and we will try to fix it as quick as possible. Since we share an open workspace we must consider the volume of our conversations on the phone or when we are with other people.

Your coworking rate includes some free hours to use 3 of our Wayco rooms: Room Amistat: located on the ground floor, Room Olivereta: located in the attic and the Room Attic on the fourth plant. You should check room availability and make a reservation from your platform “Wayco Virtual”. The rest of the large rooms (El Carmen, Maritime, La Seu and La Xerea) are not included in your rate, but can ask wayco team to book them for you and benefit from your 40% discount of coworker in the rental price.

SPACES T O E AT There is a common area adjacent to the coffee shop (which we call greenhouse) that has a shared fridge where you can leave your food and drink. There is a microwave in which You can heat the food you bring from home. This bonus is exclusive for coworkers (not valid for guests). The coffe shop just has a request: DO NOT EAT FROM THE TUPPER DIRECTLY We have dishes, glasses and cutlery, in order to preserve the harmony and philosophy of the cafeteria. It is our responsibility to keep everything clean. The fridge, bar, the Tupperware and dishes each have to be cleaned at the time and not left dirty for respect to other coworkers. The idea is to let things like you you found them. The coworkers are have a special discounts on all the products of CafĂŠ de Co.
In an effort to energize our professional community, the Wayco team organizes different activities throughout the month. Breakfast Wayco: The first Tuesday of each month, from 10 to 11:30 am in Café de Co. We invite you for breakfast to get know each other better, to network and listen to proposals from some guests. Speed Meeting: it is an opportunity to present your project, refine your communication and receive feedback, all in 1 minute! The last Wednesday of each month, from 20 to 21 hours. On our website in the section AGENDA, you will find all our activities, free courses, community meetings, exhibitions, lectures, training to literary gatherings, book presentations, etc. If you want to talk about your project or some life experience, you can also have your space!

As a member of Wayco you have a username and password to access to our virtual platform. From there you can: - Check your bills and payments. - Check / book availability of meeting rooms. - Update your professional profile in the directory of our website. - Use the “Community Board” to create and participate in conversations with CO people.
