Unfortunately, that means working with Nick Wilde, a wily fox who makes her job even harder. Glissade, pirouette and chassé your way across the floor as you learn fundamental dance repertoire while preparing for the end of session recital. MN STEM 2-Day Camp MN STEM Camp is the perfect choice to foster interests in the sciences. The focus of this two-day camp will be hands-on and interactive. Students will be able to run their own experiments and design their own contraptions, all while learning the incredible science behind each project. Each day will have a different focus, ranging from learning about the human anatomy, designing, engineering, programming robots, and also through puzzles, games, and interactive challenges. WHERE WILL YOUR IMAGINATION TAKE YOU?

Destination ImagiNation is a worldwide creative problem solving competition for kids. Teams of six to seven members work together to use creativity and critical thinking skills to solve challenges without assistance from adults or any other non-team members. Students develop leadership, performing, writing, technical, building and teamwork skills as they develop creative solutions! The team chooses one out of five Team Challenges to solve over a 12–16 week period and then presents their solution at a regional tournament as well as one Instant Challenge. Each Team Challenge is designed to be open-ended and solvable in many ways and on many levels. Parent volunteers are needed to serve as Team Managers. Babysitter Training Course - Red Cross Certified STUDENTS MUST BE 11 YEARS OR OLDER. This course is essential for any boy or girl interested in babysitting! Students learn about child development and handling emergencies, including, choking, first aid, preventing accidents, safety, feeding, diapering and more. Leadership and responsibilities, expectations of parents and the business of babysitting are discussed. Participants receive a Red Cross certificate, baby-sitter’s handbook, CD and handy emergency guide. Students must attend both classes entirely to receive certification. Bring a doll to classes. Kung Fu Wu Shu Kung Fu teaches awareness of self and surroundings and improves self-esteem and confidence. This full participation class focuses on helping students develop leadership, discipline, concentration and coordination skills for a healthy mind and body. Improve your coordination, strength, flexibility and endurance. Learn the lifelong benefits of Kung Fu, the Chinese art of self-defense and fitness, from a Hong Kong champion. Class is designed for youth beginners ages 5 and older and adults. Parents may register and participate with your child. Wear loose comfortable clothing to class. Optional uniforms and certificates available for an extra fee. Instruction is supervised, but may not be delivered directly by Al Lam.

Youth Bowling League Spare, split, STRIKE! Experienced staff from Medina Lanes will teach students the skills and techniques of bowling as well as scoring, proper etiquette and more. Last session is a competition and pizza party with Hopkins, Minnetonka, Eastern Carver County, Orono and Wayzata school districts at Louisville Lanes in Shakopee. Wayzata Schools Community Education, in partnership with MacPhail Center for Music, offers quality afterschool and evening violin and cello lessons.
