Great Minnesota Hot Dishes

The Minnesota hot dish (elsewhere called a casserole) is a one-dish supper (or side dish) baked in the oven using a single piece of cookware. We will create up to 15 sensational dishes, including beef; pork and sauerkraut; pork loin with dried apricots and cherries; beef and spinach; eggplant and cheese; and more! We will use fresh ingredients (no canned soups) and do easy preparation for a family meal or make impressive elegant company fare or crowd-pleasing recipes for potluck.
