NEW Bicycle Repair and Rebuilding

Learn all aspects of repairing and rebuilding bikes including gears, brakes, wheel truing and regreasing at this hands-on class. Basic physics will be explained in the demonstration, including simple machines, gears, levers, and mechanical advantage. Bring your own bike to work on during class or practice on the instructor’s bikes.

We’ll explore the state and federal protections implemented in later years with mixed results, and what’s happening in this landscape today. Spend an evening peeking into history that wasn’t in our schoolbooks.
