In her position, Tamar oversees the company’s community, charitable and education outreach initiatives, including managing a $2 million annual budget. She leads the development and management of key employee and community-centric programs including Connect2Compete, Cox Charities and Cox Volunteers. As an active community leader, Tamar currently serves as a director for the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District Foundation and as a board member for the YMCA of Southern Nevada.
Darcy K. Neighbors, has served as Founder and CEO for 25 years, one of the Las Vegas Valley’s premier marketing, advertising and public relations firm (CIM Marketing Partners). She and the firm are highly respected for their strategic approach to marketing and creative approach to advertising. Her career includes serving as a business analyst at the Kennedy Space Center, founding and selling a retail business and serving as director of business and marketing at Jeffrey Burr, one of Nevada’s largest estate planning law firms. Neighbors earned a bachelor in business administration degree (emphasis in marketing) from UNLV.
