Dolores has been with the Cosmopolitan for 5 years. She has worked in the Hospitality/ F&B Industry for over 28 years. Prior to the Cosmopolitan, Dolores was with MGM Resorts International for over 15 years at 3 of their Luxury Properties (Bellagio, Mandalay Bay and The Mirage). Other previous employers include Pebble Beach Resorts, Hard Rock Resorts and Walt Disney World Resorts. Dolores has lived in Las Vegas for over 30 years. She is a UNLV Alumni ’00 and went thru the very distinguished Disney University Program in ’00. She is an MGM Resorts International Leadership Institute Alumni

‘12 and a Leadership Las Vegas Alumni ’16. Dolores continues to be a mentor and advocate to various individuals. Dolores currently sits on the Boards of: The Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Nevada, The WCCNV Legacy Foundation, The Congressional Award of Nevada, Dress for Success of Southern Nevada and is an ambassador for the Nevada Donor Network. Dolores most prestigious recognitions include: 2013 Recognized as a “Young Hispanic Corporate Achiever” – A National Recognition from HACR (The Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility), 2013 “J.
