Brown uses movement to reinforce the importance of community in African American culture and to acquaint audiences with the beauty of traditional African forms and rhythms.

Beauty comes from within. So does the nature of the Beast. See both sides of the story in Beauty and the Beast. The classic tale weaves a tender love story between the trees of the enchanted forest. Through striking scenery, stunning neoclassical choreography and an arrangement of music by Tchaikovsky, audiences are offered a glimpse at unexpected romance, heartbreak and the power of love.
