General Membership Meetings

the Junior League of Oklahoma City’s General Membership Meetings (GMMs) this year were jam-packed with motivational and inspiring speakers, networking opportunities and Member-focused experiences built around the yearly theme of “Be BOLD”. We started the year off strong, with the opportunity to hear from John Bobb-Semple who spoke to Membership about identifying our “Bridge Builder” and leadership pollinator style and honing in on those qualities and characteristics to help make JLOC and the community better.

This year, each GMM had a theme to encourage participation and attendance. These ranged from tailgates to Golden Girls to Mardi Gras. It was a fun time to see all the Members that dressed the part! The Special Thanks & Recognition (STAR) Award was brought back for our 95th Anniversary, and it proved to be inspiring for Membership to see and hear of all the great things that our “Eager Leaguers” do to stand out.
