The White House is yet again the place to be In the 50s, a new era of flourishment, renovation and success restarted After the war, calm was established and throughout the 1950s the ‘White House Club’ flourished. New facilities such as a billiards room, a television theatre, and an Aeratone bath (Jacuzzi) were introduced and the number of members grew. 1959 saw the White House change owners, Oddenino’s Property and Investment Company purchased the building and began their fourteen year transformation of the apartment block into a hotel.
