In this edition of WealthWise magazine, affectionately titled “The Entrepreneurship Issue”, we advocate for a wider support for local entrepreneurs, particularly the small, medium and micro enterprises (SMME) whoareresponsibleforcreating more than half of the jobs in the country’s formal sector. We chat with business coach Greg Mason about his show, TheBusinessCoachonSABC3, on assisting businesses and entrepreneurial TV shows and we look at entrepreneurial awards as a ramp of 2 WealthWise magazine
showcasing new upcoming entrepreneurial talent. Meet William Duk, the winner of Sanlam/Entrepreneur of the Year 2012 competition, whose inspirational journey to business success is not to be missed.
We hope that our publication will inspire you to make every day, longlasting changes to a wealthier future.
Going beyond entrepreneurial challenges and the current state of affairs in South Africa, there are fundamental changes happening worldwide in the way we work and build our careers.
