The Author

Adam Bestwick is an award-winning author, illustrator, and creative director with over 30 years’ experience in the design and art sector. Adam won the ‘License This’ award at Brand Licensing Europe 2014 with his funny creation ‘RaNT!’ and many of Adam’s humour-based picture books have been translated for overseas markets. His picture book, The Bean Machine, scooped gold at The Sheffield Children’s Book Award 2017.

The Illustrator

Chris Cady has been involved in the publishing sector for nearly 15 years. Initially working within the greeting card industry before becoming a children’s book illustrator, he has a varied portfolio of contemporary styles.
