Founded in 2011 by Mother/Daughter partnership, Andrea Huntington and Lucy Elliott, Creighton’s Chocolaterie promises irresistibly flavoured chocolate bars with covetable packaging that are designed, hand-crafted and wrapped by an all-girl team in our Bedfordshire kitchen. Inspired by a love for design, combined with a nostalgia for nineties pop culture and an excessive sweet-tooth, a Creighton’s chocolate bar is a big hit of fun flavours and colourful packaging that oozes creativity from every corner. Our creative team designs every aspect of our chocolate bars in house and each one is hand-made using Belgian chocolate, natural & high quality inclusions, flavours and colours in our small-scale kitchen factory. We are famous for our bold & bright packaging, delighting chocolate fans around the world with creative flavours and exciting limited-edition brand collaborations. With our flair for design and in-house manufacturing capabilites, we also provide white-label chocolate bars for leading brands in the retail gifting sector.
Some of the world’s most exciting and interesting chocolate bars come out of the doors of our kitchen factory. We’ve specialised in small scale chocolate bar manufacturing since 2014, making each of our bars to order in our own production facilities. Each recipe is developed in house, every chocolate batch is flavoured and poured by our chocolatiers, all our bars are wrapped and packed by hand, under the strict guidelines of the SALSA industry standards. Our company is certified Women Owned, with a small team of 7 full time female staff. We currently manufacture three sizes of chocolate bars, in limitless flavours bound only by your imagination! Creighton’s Chocolaterie chocolate bars are currently sold in over 150 outlets in the UK and Ireland, and our European and Global market is growing fast. Notable current stockists include Liberty, Fenwick, Harvey Nichols and The Japan Centre. We also sell direct from our website creightonschocolaterie.com. In addition, white-label bars have retailed for brands including Oliver Bonas, White Stuff, Lazy Oaf, Ohh Deer and V & A Museum. We have collaborated on co-branded bars with Tatty Devine, Meringue Girls, Teapigs, Cutter & Squidge and Caravan Roastery to name a few!

We invite like-minded brands & designers to collaborate with us on co-branded chocolate bars as part of our Creighton’s Chocolaterie collection. These special bars can be seasonal, part of our ongoing range or produced for one-off events. We love to create with others, and some of our most succesful and exciting chocolate bars have come as a result of collaboration. Who we work with Designers, illustrators, food & drink producers, fashion brands and retailers. We co-brand our bars with people who have a strong visual cross-over or assimilate with our company ethos. How it works Generally we like to produce co-branded bars to sell through our retail outlets as part of our current or future ranges. We also work on collabs for events or marketing purposes, and for one-off seasonal specials. Packaging Collaborative bars work around our existing templates, maintaining the look and feel of our brand aesthetic. We use brand guidelines to ensure the bars are identifiable to Creighton’s Chocolaterie. What’s in it for you As well as tapping in to our customer base and exposing your brand in our high-end retailers, we pay back 6% royalties per quarter on sales of the collaborative bar. We also give you excellent discounts on stock purchases allowing you to make a greater margin if you choose to retail the bar in your own store. We can also provide marketing opportunites and support promotional activities to increase sales and exposure of the product. What is involved Depending on the project you can be as involved as you like! In most cases we create the flavour concept and product artwork together to ensure both parties are happy with the final product. We take care of all the production and manufacturing aspects, with no cost to you. We market the product to our retailers, and take care of all our own orders and sales.
The best part of our work is when we can give back to the community in some way. We are passionate about supporting other women and choose our Charity partners based around this. We like to support small charities by not only donating money, but also by raising awareness and exposure through product labelling and social media promotion. We choose no more than three charities a year to benefit, either by donating product or a proportion of sales of product.
