Majevadia will become the team’s 6th Partner and joins from Sydney Mitchell where he was head of department and covered Dispute Resolution, Contentious Probate and Professional Negligence. Kamal specialises in probate disputes such as inheritance tax claims and trust disputes, contentious trusts and issues with trustees as well as professional negligence. He will also be joined by Sabrina Moray a specialist will disputes solicitor who is moving to the Birmingham team from Sydney Mitchell. Sabrina deals with contentious probate, debt recovery and property disputes including cohabitation claims.
