ARRANGEMENTS FOR

BUILD UP DAY

BUILD UP DAY is considered to be the first day of the trip and is in place to ensure any last minute tasks are complete before the team fly. Depending on flights, this usually takes place the day before or on the day of departure and takes between 5-8 hours. If you need a reminder of your flight details don’t forget this information is available on My World Challenge. The information below will be used to email Guardians and Challengers with the confirmed details of arrangements for build-up day and plans for transport to and from the airport. Kit delivery The team kit will be delivered to school 10-12 days before you depart. It will be delivered during school hours, marked for the attention of the main School Leader. A signature is required upon delivery.

First Aid All School Leaders are required to have a valid first aid qualification to travel on expedition. Please list below any who are yet to obtain a qualification/do not have a course booked.
