School Account Manager Job Descrip@on

Your impact Our regionally based team of school account managers pro-ac@vely manage their own porIolio of schools, to ensure each school reaches it’s full poten@al and meet annual revenue targets. We need you to inspire all our stakeholders through presenta@ons and through facilita@ng pre-departure training. By providing the best possible support for our teachers, by inspiring more students to sign up to our trips, and by seeking new schools to join our community, your success will directly impact our organisa@ons ambi@on to grow.

Team’s mission Every interac@on with World Challenge should support and energise people to be brave and think bigger. Our sales team punches well above it’s weight, ensuring we meet and exceed our sales revenue targets by tailoring our support to the bespoke needs of every client. We persuade dozens of school leadership teams, hundreds of unsure parents and inspire thousands of students to sign up for transforma@ve adventures. We work hard to build meaningful rela@onships and loyalty with our current clients, to secure repeat business and we're hungry to bring new schools on board and drive growth. Repor@ng one of our Area Schools Mangers, you’ll work alongside other regionally based School Account Managers. Your role is specifically based Yorkshire and surrounding coun@es managing a porIolio of 30+ schools.

A super chilled office

We celebrate our people. When someone goes above and beyond, peers and managers alike can publically award penguins. Once a month we get together to hear about someone’s recent travels, grab a beer and listen to the penguins.

It’s a casual dress code here so no need for suits. We’ve got free tea and toast, a cool courtyard and underground parking.
