What gear do I need?
We’ll provide important group equipment including comprehensive medical kits, safety equipment and water purification. You’ll just need to bring your personal gear and we’ll give you a list to get started.
How am I supported along the way?
We have a team dedicated to supporting you before you go. We’ll be prompting you with everything you need to do from gear lists and medical declarations to visa and vaccination information. We’ve being doing this for over 30 years, so give us a call and we’ll answer any questions you have.

How fit do I need to be?
Where will I be staying?
Accommodation will be comfortable, think hostels or hotels in towns, and sometimes more rustic options in rural areas, think local homestays. Your specific itinerary will detail your accommodation every night. Embrace the experience!
You don’t need to be an Olympian, but a go the whole experience more enjoyable. You climates, so give yourself a head start.

Who will travel with us?
Every team is accompanied by a local English speaking guide and you’ll always travel with at least one teacher from your school.
How do we get around?
Expect planes, trains, taxis, camels, boats and minibuses. We’ll pre-book your transport schedule and so we can get you around safely and quickly, most transfers will be by minibuses supplied by our ground team.
What will we eat and drink?
Most trips will have opportunities to get involved in cooking workshops, to try local restaurants and try home cooked dishes.

On hand 24 hours a day, we support teams with any incident or emergency. If there is need for a diversion, we will arrange an alternative destination at no additional cost to families. We operate in line with Government travel advice and intelligence from our private security consultants, allowing us to proactively monitor security in all of our destinations. Meanwhile, our approach to risk includes an in-depth evaluation of activity providers in every destination to help safeguard teams.
