Growth modules help challenge themselves to sense of self, exploring comfort zones and help students to these experiences in moment.
Our Wellbeing modules enable students to develop an awareness of what a healthy wellbeing means for them. They learn that there are simple, positive ways to help them cope and adjust to new or challenging situations.
We encourage you to empower the students to organise and run the modules themselves, although they will likely need your support in facilitating the discussions in each module. This guide details an overview of each module, what resources are required, as well as giving you some tips for facilitating the discussions.
