The ultimate stamina test for hurdlers, the Paddy Power Stayers’ Hurdle Race is run over three miles. Recent famous winners on the illustrious Roll of Honour include Baracouda, Inglis Drever, multiple winner Big Buck’s and more recently Thistlecrack, Nichols Canyon, Penhill, Paisley Park and last years winner Flooring Porter. As is often the case in a Grade 1 hurdle, all horses carry the same weight, in this case 11st 10lb.
