Any horse that is entered at the entry stage, but then drops out at the confirmation of entry stage, whether by design or by accident, can again be made eligible, if desired, by paying the supplementary fee for confimation of entry and declaration to run fee by 05.00 p.m. (Turkish Local Time) on August 31st. Any horse that is not entered at the first entry stage, can be made eligible, by paying the Supplementary fee for entry (the cost will be 5% of the value to the winners prize of the race) and declaration to run fee by 05.00 p.m. (Turkish Local Time) on August 31st. The number of starters is limited to 22 horses.

Owners and Trainers are reminded that the times mentioned in the race conditions for Foreign races reflect local time in the country concerned which, in all cases, except for races run in Ireland, will be different to British Time
