Wyndham Shanghai Nanxiang

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has continued to expand its portfolio in China with the launch of Wyndham Shanghai Nanxiang, a modern upscale hotel located in Nanxiang, one of Shanghai’s four historical towns.

Nestled in the Jiading district, this water town has 1,500 years of heritage and is famous for its xiao long bao steamed buns. Wyndham Shanghai Nanxiang lets guests explore these cultural and culinary delights, as well as modern attractions such as Shanghai International Circuit, Hongqiao National Convention & Exhibition Center, and Incity MEGA, one of the area’s largest retail malls.

The hotel itself features 315 rooms and suites, ranging from 37 to 128 square metres and all equipped with modern amenities. When guests are not uncovering the local area, they can dine in a choice of two restaurants – Joy All Day Dining or Junfu Chinese Restaurant – or unwind at the lobby bar, fitness center or indoor pool. Wyndham Shanghai Nanxiang will also become a popular hub for business and events, with a large ballroom and nine meeting spaces.

Wyndham Shanghai Nanxiang is easily accessible, just a short drive from Shanghai’s Hongqiao International Airport and Hongqiao Railway Station. For guests who want to see a different side of Shanghai and explore the city’s rich cultural heritage, this new hotel is an outstanding option.
