Figgjoâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s products are produced in vitreous porcelain. The porcelain body is strengthened with aluminum oxide which makes the products very strong and resistant towards the rough use in a professional kitchen. We are confident about the quality of our products and we therefore offer a 5 years chip warranty on all flat, round plates (excluding Figgjo Front Dining). This gives you even more value for the money. The characteristics of vitreous porcelain and Figgjoâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s production technique make it possible to often glaze the entire products. This is an advantage for the user. Figgjo produces the products according to Norwegian and International environmental regulations. Figgjo possesses the environmental certificates according to the ISO standard NS-EN ISO 1400:2004 and NS-EN ISO 9001-2000. The products do not cause any pollution to the external environment.

Figgjoâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s decorations are in-glazed, which means that the colours melt into the glaze surface. This is the reason why our decorated products have the same lifetime as white products, which is an important quality assurance. For gold and platinum, to maintain its luster, this type of decoration must lay on top of the glaze. All porcelain with gold and platinum must therefore be treated with greater care during washing routines and usage. All decoration colours are tested with respects to product wear and tear and environmental impact.

Figgjo Custom Decoration We deliver custom decoration in quantities starting at only 96 pieces. The delivery time is 2-4 weeks, from the time upon approving the suggested design. We may be challenged in regards to pattern, colour combination and the number of
