MG TEC Grup s-a conturat ca un grup de firme cu capital integral privat începând cu anul 2004, prin iniţiativa domnului Ioan Tecar în urma achiziţiei pachetelor majoritare de acţiuni sau creării de noi societăţi productive. MG TEC GRUP - unitate şi continuitate MG TEC GRUP este compus din douăsprezece companii puternice: Metalicplas Impex, Pehart Tec, TermoTec, MetalicplasDistribution, Terminvest, IZOTEC, Castelluci, SamusConstrucţii, Tecar-San, Expo-AutoTec, Elit Media Advertising.
SC PEHART TEC SA Petreşti este o societate al cărei certificat de naştere a fost semnat în luna mai 2005. Societatea face parte din grupul de firme MG TEC GRUP Dejcompanie orientată spre domeniul productiv, cu experienţă pe piaţa producătorilor industriali. Deşi aflată la început de drum, se poate spune ca noua societate are în spate o adevarata istorie în domeniul fabricării hârtiei, deoarece instalaţiile de productie au fost achiziţionate de la firma SC PEHART SA Petreşti, cu o experienţă de peste 150 de ani în acest domeniu. Este interesant de enumerat cele mai importante evenimente din viaţa acestei fabrici de hârtie, evenimente care şi-au pus amprenta atât asupra utilajelor şi instalaţiilor, cât si asupra întregii comunităţi din zonă.
Metalicplas Impex SRL Dej, societate specializată în prelucrarea sârmei laminate, IzoTec SA Dej, societate specializată în producţia de materiale izolante şi adezivi, mortare pentru finisaje, Termotec SRL Dej, societate specializată în producţia tâmplăriei din profile PVC şi aluminiu şi a geamurilor termoizolante, Pehart Tec SA Petreşti, societate specializată în producerea hârtiei şi a produselor din hârtie, Terminvest -societate specializată în producţia de tâmplărie PVC şi geam termopan, SamusConstrucţii societate specializată în lucrări de construcţii, producător de betoane şi mortare, produse de balastieră, pavaje, garaje şi închirieri de utilaje, Metalicplas Distribution companie specializată în distribuţia produselor realizate în cadrul MG TEC Grup şi nu numai, Castelluci - companie de distribuţie materiale de construcţii, Expo-AutoTec- vânzare de camioane şi piese din dezmembrări de camioane, Tecar San, depozitul pentru produsele grupului, Elit Media Advertising – compania deţinătoare RADIO FIR. În sine, este o unitate complexă, care se construieşte din caracteristicile fiecărei companii componente. Este nevoie de grup pentru a se crea o personalitate proprie şi totodată, o imagine comună.
Fabrica de papiru din Petresti a fost semnalată pentru prima dată de Simion Barnuţiu în revista « Transilvania » la 1873, dar se preciza în articol ca de fapt înca din 1837 intraseră în funcţiune întreprinderile mecanice de hârtie în foi de la Sânt Petru lânga Sas Sebeş şi Zarneşti. Istoricul Hans Schopp afirma la rândul său (1912, Sibiu) că fabrica din Petreşti a fost construită în 1854, distrusă de un incendiu doi ani mai târziu şi rezidită între 1856 – 1858. Pâna în 1870, Ardealul nu dispunea decât de « mori de hârtie » acţionate prin forţa apei, unde prelucrau zdrenţe de in şi cânepă. Trecând în proprietatea unei firme din Viena, fabrica de la Petreşti a fost reutilată după 1873, capacitatea de producţie ajungând la 3.500 tone. Urmare a unor noi investiţii, prin anii 1900 – 1912 se obţin 5.000 tone de hârtie fină, semifină şi pentru desen, întreprinderea ajungând astfel una dintre cele mai mari de acest fel din ţară. O dată cu înfiintarea Societătii Anonime Române « Petrifalau » în 1921, au fost create condiţii pentru sporirea producţiei anuale şi pentru diversificarea sortimentelor curente : hârtie velină, semivelină, de scris şi de tipar, de ambalaj. Aceeaşi preocupare pentru diversificarea producţiei a continuat şi în anii următori, reuşindu-se producerea de sortimente de hârtie care până atunci se procurau doar din import : hârtie pentru ţigarete, carbon indigo, hârtie matase şi hârtie tissue. De asemenea, activitatea s-a extins prin achiziţionarea de utilaje de converting pentru producerea de confecţii din hârtie şi confecţii igienico – sanitare. Trecerea la economia de piaţă a găsit societatea pregatită pentru înfruntarea obstacolelor specifice unui mediu concurenţial, tocmai prin varietatea producţiei.

Din păcate, acest avantaj nu a fost exploatat corespunzător şi s-a ajuns în situaţia în care la începutul anului 2005 societatea să fie în pragul falimentului, fiind obligată să vândă cea mai mare parte din active. Astfel a luat fiinţă SC PEHART TEC SA Petreşti, care a preluat o dată cu activele şi numele societăţii responsabilitatea de a readuce la viaţă activitatea de producere a hârtiei în « Fabrica de papiru » şi a o transforma într-o fabrică de success.

MG Tec Group – unity and continuity. MG TEC GROUP is composed from twelve strong companies: Metalicplas Impex, Pehart Tec, Termotec, Metalicplas – Distribution, Terminvest, Izotec, Castelluci, Samus Constructii, Tecar-San, Expo Auto Tec, Elit Media Advertising.
SC.PEHART TEC SA is a new company, set up in may 2005. The company is part of MG TEC GRUP, oriented to the production field, with experience into the industrial producers. Although the company is at the beginning, it is safe to say that the company has a real history behind, because the production plant was bought from SC PEHART SA, with 150 years experience in the paper production. It is interesting to pass in review the most important events of the company, events that leave one's mark both on the equipments and the whole local community.
Metalicplas Impex srl Dej- society specialized in manufacturing of the galvanized wire, Izotec- specialized in the production of isolating materials, adhesives, mortars for finishing, Termotec srl Dej- society specialized in aluminum and PVC joinery profiles and in thermoisolating windows, Pehart Tec SA Petresti- society specialized in the production of paper and paper products, Terminvest- society specialized in the production of PVC joinery and thermopan windows, Samus Constructii- society specialized in construction works, producer of concretes and mortars, ballastery products, pavements, garages and renting of equipments, Metalicplas Distribution- society specialized in the distribution of the products manufactured inside the group MG TEC , and not only, Castelluci- company for distribution of the construction materials, Expo- Auto Tec selling of trucks and pieces of truck dismemberment, Tecar San- ware house for the products of the group, Elit Media Advertising company which holds Radio Fir. Finally, it's a complex company, which builds from the characteristics of it's own companies. A group i needed in order to create an own personality, and in the same time a common image.
The Papyrus Paper Factory of Petresti, was signaled for the first time by Simion Barnutiu in 1873; but the respective article pointed out that in fact, ever since 1837 the mechanical enterprises of paper sheets of Sant Petru had been put into operation. The historian Hans SCHOOP also acknowledged (1912, Sibiu) that the MILL of Petresti had been built in 1854, but being ruined by fire two years later it was rebuilt between 1856-1858. Until 1870 Ardeal region hadn't had but "paper mills", using water power, where flax and cottonrags were processed. Passing under the ownership of a company in WIEN, the workshop in Petresti was re-equipped after 1873, its annual production capacity rising to 3500 tons. Further to the new investments around 1900-1912 they obtained 5000 tons of fine, medium, and drawing paper, thus the company succeding in being the biggest of the kind in the country. Concomitantly with the foundation of the Romanian joint stock company "Petrifalau", in 1921 there were created new facilities both for increasing the annual production and for the diversification of the current assortments vellum, medium vellum, writing, printing and wrapping paper. The same attention for the diversification of the produced sorts continued in the following years, and the results were the possibility to produce types of paper which have been imported by then: paper for cigarettes, carbon paper, machine glazed paper and tissue paper. Also, the activity was amplified by the acquisition of converting lines for paper goods and tissue paper goods. Passing to the market economy has found the company prepared for stand the risks characteristic to a competitive market, only just with the variety of the production. Unfortunately, this advantage was not adequately used and the shareholders of SC PEHART SA decided to sell a large part of the assets.Hereby was set up SC PEHART TEC SA Petresti, who take on together with the assets and the name of the company, the responsibility to revivify the paper producing activity of the PAPYRUS PAPER FACTORY and change it in a profitable company.

POLITICA DE CALITATE În scopul aplicării principiilor politicii în domeniul calităţii, mediului şi sănătăţii şi securităţii ocupaţionale, conducerea societăţii a stabilit şi implementat un sistem integrat de management al calităţii în conformitate cu cerinţele SR EN ISO 9001:2001, de mediu în conformitate cu SR EN ISO 14001:2005 şi al sănătăţii şi securităţii ocupaţionale în conformitate cu OHSAS 18001 :2004, care reprezintă un cadru managerial adecvat, integrat afacerii. Angajamentul nostru se referă la dezvoltarea şi continuă îmbunătăţire a eficienţei sistemului integrat de management al calităţii, de mediu şi al sănătăţii şi securităţii ocupaţionale în scopul atingerii obiectivelor pe care ni le-am propus. Eficacitatea acestei structuri rezidă din angajamentul personalului de la toate nivelurile organizaţiei în adoptarea şi aplicarea politicii în domeniul calităţii, mediului şi sănătăţii şi securităţii ocupaţionale.De aceea angajamentul este personal, începe şi este asumat integral de fiecare angajat al firmei, la orice nivel, prin aplicarea prevederilor documentelor sistemului de management al calităţii, mediului şi sănătăţii şi securităţii ocupaţionale. Prin implementarea sistemului de management de mediu, managementul la cel mai înalt nivel se angajează pentru : - conformarea cu legislaţia în vigoare şi cu reglementările de mediu aplicabile activităţilor desfăşurate - îmbunătăţirea continuă a performanţelor de mediu - prevenirea poluării

Obiectivele generale de mediu sunt : 1.Reducerea cantităţii de deşeuri produse şi tratarea acestora în conformitate cu reglementările din legislaţia în vigoare; 2.Minimizarea consumurilor de materii prime şi materiale utilizate în procesul de fabricaţie. Obiectivele de mediu sunt analizate periodic de managementul la cel mai înalt nivel pentru a asigura realizarea acestora. Obiectivele de mediu stabilite în această Politică sunt duse la îndeplinire prin definirea ţintelor de mediu prevăzute în Programul de management de mediu. Pentru realizarea obictivelor de mediu sunt alocate resurse materiale, financiare şi umane. Prin autoritatea delegată reprezentantului conducerii, prin activitatea responsabilului pentru politica de Mediu, cât şi prin activitatea responsabilă a fiecărui angajat, managementul la cel mai înalt nivel se asigură de transpunerea în practică a Politicii de mediu. Managementul la cel mai înalt nivel se asigura ca Politica de Mediu este comunicată şi disponibilă pentru toţi angajaţii societăţii cât şi pentru public
QUALITY POLICY In order to apply the quality, medium, health and occupational security politics principle the leading of the company established and implemented an integrated system of quality management in accordance with the demands of SR EN ISO 9001: 2001, environment in accordance with SR EN ISO 14001:2005 and of health and occupational security in concordance with OHSAS 18001:2004, which represents an adequate managerial frame, integrated to the business. Our engagement refers at the continuous development and improvement of the efficiency of the integrated system for management quality, environment, health and occupational security in the purpose of achieving the objectives we proposed. The efficiency of this structure comes from the engagement of the personnel from all the levels of the organization in adopting and application of the policy in the field of quality, environment, health and occupational security.That's why the engagement is personal, starts and it's assumed entirely by each and every employee of the company, at any level, by applying of the documents forecasts of the system of management quality, environment, health and occupational security. Through the implementing of the environment management system, the latter, at the highest level engages for: -conforming with the valid legislation and with the environment legislation settlements applicable to the activities proceeded -continuos improvement of environment performances -preventing of pollution
Environment general objectives are: 1. A decreasing quantity of refuses produced, and the treatment of these in concordance with the settlements of the valid legislation; 2. Minimizing the consumption of raw materials in the fabrication process. The environment objectives are analyzed periodically by the highest level management in order to assure their accomplishment. The environment objectives settled in this policy are accomplished through the definition of the targets of environment foreseen in the environment management program. In order to achieve the environment objectives, material, financial and human resources are assigned. By the authority commissioned to the official of the management, by the activity of the responsible for the environment quality, and also through the responsible activity of each employee, the highest level management assures the transposition in practice of the environment policy. The highest level management assures that the environment policy is communicated and available for all the employees of the society as well as for the public.
