All Aboard Travel became part of Hillsdale’s downtown business community in 1988. Christina Boyer joined the agency in 1994 and purchased the business in 2001. Christina and her skilled, experienced team want to help you have a great vacation!

As a full-service travel agency, All Aboard works with all airlines, all cruise lines, and all tour companies. They handle everything from a trip to Disney World to a round-theworld cruise. Travel agents have access to the same fare and reservation prices as online direct booking and often have incentives and upgrades that aren’t available when you book directly. If you’ve earned perks as a frequent traveler with a particular company or line, you’ll still have those benefits. Even if you’ve started out with a direct booking, the All Aboard agents can take over and handle it from there.

The process of booking through All Aboard is completely customer oriented.

“We really talk to the customers about what their vacation looks like to them, what their expectations are so we’re making sure they have everything they were expecting. But then we also have the opportunity—because we are very well-traveled in our office—to elaborate on things they may not have thought about,” explains Christina. “We not only have our own experiences with destinations, but we have feedback from customers who’ve returned from those places.

Then the customization process begins, and they can mix and match elements of the trip across all price ranges. You can have budget and luxury items combined in one trip, depending upon your preferences. They will help you determine whether or not add-ons like cruise drink packages or Park Hopper tickets at Disney are really the best choice for who’s traveling. If your dream is to see specific places or attractions somewhere, a travel agent can put together an itinerary that lets you do just that. This personalized service is part of why a lot of All Aboard’s business comes through referrals from happy customers.

“There’s the good, the bad, and the ugly of travel,” laughs Christina. “If someone makes it clear they’re not crazy about being around a lot of people, then I tell them they do not want to be on a cruise ship during spring break and I suggest other options!”

Even the best-laid plans can run into issues such as unexpected severe weather, changing world conditions (were you traveling in mid-March of 2020?), or other problems. This is where having a knowledgeable travel agent handling your plans can be a huge benefit and spare you a lot of anxiety and disappointment.

“Where we really shine is the ‘unfortunate part.’ We’re really persistent when our customers run into trouble and need help. We fight for them. What people don’t realize is that there’s a 24-hour travel agent help line that we can access when there’s a problem.”

Although most of their business is handling trips for individuals, couples, or families, All Aboard puts together private tours for schools, teams, and businesses. Some of the school trips are teacherled, some are led by All Aboard agents. There is now a wedding specialist with the agency who can guide engaged couples to create destination weddings with far less stress and better insight than when the couple does it themselves.

Plan your next trip with All Aboard Travel and let their experience, product knowledge, specialty discounts, and first-rate customer service provide you with a wonderful vacation!
