Vegan Recipe: Burger with black beans

The Vegan Recipe

INGREDIENTS

For the bean patties

1 red onion 100 gr breadcrumbs 200 grams of mushrooms 400 gr boiled black beans A pinch of Nutmeg A pinch of cinnamon 2 grams of pepper 3 grams of salt 1/2 teaspoon dried coriander

Mango salad

1/2 red onion finely chopped 1/2 mango finely chopped 1/2 tomato finely chopped 1 tablespoon of olive oil 2 grams of salt Fresh coriander 1 tablespoon lime juice 1 teaspoon lime peel

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for 3 minutes. Divide into four equal parts, grease your palms with a little oil and shape the meatball into your palms. Put in a tray in the oven with baking paper and bake for 20-30 minutes at 200 degrees (at the end in the last 2-3 minutes add the cheddar cheese on top), or in a pan with a little oil if you want to eat faster. Cut a bun in half, add a few slices of avocado, the bean patty, cheddar cheese and on top the mango salad with tomato, cilantro and the bun on top.
