3.“Green Urbanism”: 2030-2040 e 2040-2050 Conclusões e Recomendações: 1.Anular o efeito “urban sprawl” A “Human City” concretiza-se com redes de TCSP (RRT, CRT, LRT, Tram-Train e Tram) estruturadas nos 8 D’s (Diversidade, Densidade, Desenho, Desenvolvimento Humano, Distância ao TP, Destinos, Demanda, Demografia) 2.Política de Investimento Público A “Human City” constrói-se com Urbanismo com justiça, coesão e integração social, territorial, ambiental e energética, de escala humana, apoiada em corredores de TCSP com ferrovia (ILD). Resultados: • Melhoria da Saúde Pública com a redução de CO2 e GHG • Menor consumo energético em edifícios e transporte • Maior eficiência de distribuição de água • Sustentabilidade da “Human Transit City”
